By pairing focused teaching with educator support and regular progress monitoring, SOAR helps schools and community programs build student confidence and reading proficiency

The National Literacy Coalition works to ensure every learner has access to high-quality literacy instruction, no matter their background or zip code. Through advocacy, educator training, and community partnerships, the Coalition supports programs and policies that close achievement gaps and create equitable opportunities for all readers.
